What does the insulation gloves test report look like?

What are the items in the insulation gloves inspection report?

What are the items in the insulation gloves inspection report?

1. Insulating gloves construction regulations

Specifications: Basic insulating gloves 410±15mm;

Thickness: Minimum thickness to meet the electrical performance requirements of 5.3. In order to ensure the flexibility of the gloves, the maximum thickness of the glove surface is 1.7mm;

Processing and repair: Gloves should be tested and inspected to determine whether there are any harmful and visible surface defects on the inner and outer surfaces.

2. Inspection of insulating gloves markings

To check the continuity of the mark, you can rub it with a soft linen cloth soaked in soap for 15 seconds, and then rub it with a soft linen cloth soaked in alcohol for 15 seconds. After the test, the mark should be clearly visible.

3. Packaging inspection: It is estimated that each pair of gloves should be individually packaged.

4. Performance requirements for insulating gloves machinery and equipment

Tensile strength and elongation: tensile strength ≥16%, average elongation at break ≥600%;

Tensile permanent deformation: Tensile permanent deformation ≤ 15%;

Mechanical puncture resistance requirements: ≥18;

5. Insulating gloves electrical equipment performance test

Communication certification voltage test: certification voltage 12kv, maintain 3 minutes, leakage current ≤18mA;

Minimum withstand voltage test for communication: The voltage value during penetration shall not be less than 20kv;

DC certification voltage test: Certification voltage 20kv, maintained for 3 minutes, no penetration should occur;

DC minimum withstand voltage test: the voltage value during penetration shall not be less than 40kv;

6. Regulations on anti-aging performance of insulating gloves

Tensile strength after thermal embrittlement: The tensile strength after thermal embrittlement should be no less than 80% of the experimental value before embrittlement;

Tensile permanent deformation after thermal embrittlement: Tensile permanent deformation ≤ 15%;

Communication certification voltage test: certification voltage 12kv, maintain 3 minutes, leakage current ≤18mA;

DC certification voltage test: Certification voltage 20kv, maintained for 3 minutes, no penetration should occur;

7. Thermal performance requirements for insulating gloves (low temperature resistance)

Low temperature resistance test: Place at -25°±3℃, there should be no damage, cracks or gaps after 1 hour;

Communication certification voltage test: certification voltage 12kv, maintain 3 minutes, leakage current ≤18mA;

Communication certification voltage test: certification voltage 20kv, maintained for 3 minutes, no penetration should occur;

8. Thermal performance requirements for insulating gloves (flame retardant properties)

According to the test provisions of Article 6.6.1, the flame should be extinguished 10 seconds after ignition. It should be ensured that there is no air affecting the test flame. After the natural gas lamp is extinguished, observe the spread of the flame for 55 seconds. During this time, the flame cannot spread to the reference point .

Common problems with insulating gloves:

1. When wearing this type of gloves, the finger holes of the gloves should be in good agreement with the user's hands. At the same time, the user should also put the sleeves of his work clothes inside the gloves;

2. If your gloves are damaged, you can choose to use soap and warm water to clean them. When there is oil on it, do not use thinner to clean it, because thinner will affect the performance of its insulation layer.

3. When using this type of gloves, if it gets damp during use, you need to dry it first, then apply some talcum powder on it, and then store it.
